Alabama Rot

Post by Gwenoakes »

Clare has just heard from one of the vets that they have had their first case of the above and the dog came from Rutland.
So, just a heads up to anyone with a dog/dogs in Rutland to be aware. We do not have anymore information about the dog's condition.

Have just found out it is in Oakham, so very near us too.
I am more concerned that they cannot seem to diagnose it until the animal has passed over, so nobody seems to know what to do when symptoms present themselves, it seems to be just guesswork which is extremely frightening.
