Firstly - Stephen Fry.
Any one seen him recently? He's lost six stone. I was shocked!

Also have to to mention Johnny Vegas, don't know how much he's lost but it's a lot.

Both of these have probably put lots of years on their life!

You are right Orfy, both of them were very overweight and their health can only be improved by slimming down.

I really like Johnny Vegas. He makes me laugh, which is always good!

Steven Fry lost 6 stone - by cutting down on quantites and food groups - and alcohol! Not sure about Johny Vegas.....

yes we saw Steven fry on topgear and couldn't belive our eyes, esp as we saw him later on Kingdom (we were saying last week how statly he'd become)

Steven Fry was in the local paper (he is a local boy) and was looking very dapper. He said he didn't diet as they don't work (agree) but changed how he ate. Haven't seen Johnny Vegas but always thought he is really talented and would get more roles if he lost some weight.
Good on both on them.

I also heard Steven Fry talking about walking a lot recently. he does the same as me and my dad - listens to a good audio book. It really REALLY works - I can walk miles and miles without feeling a step when I'm engrossed in a good story ( currently The Raven in the Foregate by Ellis Peters, dad is listening to The 39 Steps)

I saw Stephen Fry on Top Gear too. Excellent to hear he'd lost the weight from being sensible and exercising more. Definitely a good thing to improve life expectancy.
