Oh no, not again!

Post by Babycakes »

Feels like my back is going to go again )de:
I had 3 weeks off in March because of it, really do NOT want another month off, especially as money is so tight at the moment.
Am taking a half day from work to go home for anti-inflammatories and a hot bath.
Waiting to welcome Sunny Clucker to Northern Ireland!

Oh Poor you.

My OH struggles with his back, so I have seen what he goes through. I hope you are okay, and that you recover quickly.

Best wishes

How you feeling now? You must be feeling rotten having been better for a few weeks.

Has Owen tried massaging it? May help (or not if he`s too heavy handed)

When I did my back in a few years ago I was advised to try to keep moving every so often, and that sitting still all day would do it no good at all.

It took a few weeks, but did right itself. Touch wood, fine since then.
Neutered pets are happy pets! Please spay or neuter your pets. There are thousands in rescue waiting for loving homes, and not enough people to take them on.

My very understanding manager took one look at me and said "You're very pale chuck, take a half day and wash some diazepam down with pimms"
Sound advice from a wise man if you ask me )t'
