I have read the box and the leaflet inside and it doesn't say to avoid alcohol.
As for my body being a temple, perhaps you nead your eyes testing )j; :-D
My foot is on the mend though, today I managed to hobble a bit without my crutches. )c(

How's the foot AL? I keep thinking about that picture of the nail in your trainer....ARGHHHH!!
I tried to put together my metal shed in my crocs and pj's....stepped back onto a small nail,straight through the croc into my heel. Hopping about the garden,swearing in my stripy jim jams!! Certainly gave the neighbours a shock!! :oops:

Hi Ruth,
Almost back to normal now, still got some pain but its not stopping me getting on with things anymore.
Not sure whats worse though, building a shed in crocks or STRIPEY JAMAS )j; {rofwl}
