smokers!

Post by Mousey »

Hi just thought i would share my good fortune with you all.
I have finally given up smoking after 17 years, its about my millionth attempt the longest being 8 months and i am currently on day 6. Not an amazing achievement i know but this time seems completely different, I have no desire to smoke at all.
Well to cut a long story much shorter, i went on to u tube and watched a video called "thanks nicotine, you killed my mum" it was the most heart wrenching film i have ever seen and i couldnt believe what i was seeing. I then found a clip from a chap who said he could cure my smoking in 10 minutes. Its all about visualising what you want and dont want your future to be like, and in 8 minutes i was completely sure i would never smoke again.
I have read every book under the sun and tried nicotine replacement, but never had the feeling i was strong enough to do it.
I cannot believe how different i feel. its like i have never been a smoker!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stick to it! )t'

"thanks nicotine, you killed my mum"

It did, and almost certainly my wife, and the messy blockage in one of my arteries is down to the fifty a day in the 60s and 70s! {warn}
