Re: HOW MUCH WATER DO YOU DRINK?if you don`t drink enought water your body will keep hold of the water that is in your body causing "water retention", giving you soft wobblely fat around your tummy, legs, etc, and making your weight go up, its the same when you skip meals, your body thinks its going to starve so stores all the food you do eat as fat , if you think you don`t drink enought try drinking a bit more, you should lose a bit of weight and fat within days , thats why people lose weight within a few days of starting a new diet, your body is getting rid of the excess water, does make you pee a lot more for the first few days though
