I lost 3 this week, taking my total to 1 stone 1 1/2lbs. Tis a drop in the ocean but as tesco say every little helps.

Im off to a hog roast tomorrow & will be partaking in a red wine or 3. Been tea total for a month so fingers crossed I dont put on too much weight at the next weigh in.

As long as you don't eat the whole hog you should be ok

Well done to everyone! We really must add up how much we have lost between us. I could not got to WW again last week, and I don't think I am going to make it tomorrow either because of a job I have to finish in a nearby town. I won't get back in time. I am so GRUMPY at the moment. So much is going on and I can't stand the heat I don't what I have lost but I can honestly say I am now officially a size 16! HOORAH

So well done Maz, Perchy and MMM We must all keep going with it

Oh Ma, I had a spell of grumpiness don't know why, and we must keep a tally of the weight we have lost between us and liken it to some thing, 20 bags of sugar, etc could be fun.

Well I hada blow out at the weekend. Had 4 glasses of wine, chocolate cake & quite a lot of bread . To be honest I felt i needed a change but am back on the diet again now. Unfortunatly its weigh in tonight & i fully expect to put on

It does not matter if you do MMM. Sometimes it is good to be naughty! You may surprise yourself. I certainly have! I have lost 2.5lb's over the last two weeks and really did not think I was going to, but I have been doing alot of physical hard work, in the horrid heat

Well done all of us! Pa and I were chatting about representing our combined joint weight loss on here yesterday. We will have to build a wall at some point, and if I can find out how much they weigh, I could buy some on a weekly basic depending on how much we have lost!!!!

Well I didnt get to weigh in yesterday, was so busy. Will def go next week, Im going to try & be good all week ( nearly impossible though)

I have found that Im loving smoked kippers on a good bed of crunchy salad. Funny how my tastes seemed to of changed in just a month.
