Hi all
Build a wall eh? That sounds like a good idea. Can we build one on here? Im a bit daft where computers are concerned ( well everythings concerned really espiecially putting pics on here) .
Well done all of you )c( )c( You are all doing so well.
The bad news is I stayed the same this week, but its better than putting on.
Ive had a touch of the moodies this week as well (nothing changes) I used to love the heat and sun , but afraid it takes its toll on me now and Ive got my Grandson staying (18yrs) Is that an excuse for everthing??? smelly socks, smelly room, stupid wooly hats in this heat, I think Im excused for staying the same. Will do better next week(I hope)

Ive hada shocking week ( food wise ) Yesterday I ate 1/2 bread loaf, 1/2 a large bar of whole nut chocolate & half a packet of priingles ( yuk ).

It was jsut one of those days I felt I needed something to hit the spot, unfortunatly none of those things helped & now I feel down in the dumps for breaking my diet.

Am trying hard to get back on track. Weigh in is tomorrow & ive not been for a fortnight due to work.

Days like that happen....I always think of the story of the very hungry catterpillar where having pigged himself on goodies, the next day he eats one nice green leaf and feels much better!

High everyone
Havent been on here for a while.Been a bit busy with chickens.
Went to weigh today and have hit a stone at last. Realy pleased as it seems like forever. How are you all doing ? It sounds as if some have hit the bad patch dont think the weather is helping that much, only so much salad you can eat eh?
