I've recently discovered this great new type of holistic exercise class, called Nia. It's a fusion of dance, martial arts and healing arts, including yoga. Sounds complicated, but actually it's a lot of fun, and very liberating, you move in ways that feel good to your body. I love it.
It's designed primarily for ladies.
If you fancy it, Google it and you may find a class near you. It's only just getting started here, but has become quite big in Europe and America.
