Hi Bettie, I do it when running, to start walk briskly for 1 min then jog for 30 secs to a min, then walk again till you build up to doing a run when you are jogging then build up to walking for 1 min still but build up to doing a run for longer but no more than around 2 mins. just read that , it don,t make sense! try this..

walk 1 min
jog 30 secs/1 min
walk 1 min
run 1 min
walk 1 min
run 2 mins MAX. Build up to 30 mins )t'

I do this my self and its been proven that IT is the best way to burn max calories.
Don,t forget to warm up ( I swing my arms while marching on spot) and walk for around 5 mins when cooling down and then do your stretches.

Hope this helps! )t' It works for me!!
Don't dream it, BE it....

Oh is that what it is called. I know about it, from when my daughter started to get ready for her first marathon.
