Yes good to get it checked out. Bites and plant reactions usually go down quicker than that.

Hi Sara

Draw a line with a biro around the outer edge of the redness. That way, you'll be able to clearly see how much bigger the red area is getting. I had two similar bites on my leg a month or so back and needed antibiotics for them (and I got severely told off by the doc for bursting the blisters :oops: )

Please see the doctor {hug&kiss}

Well it would appear that i really was under reacting........... it was a large spider, probably venomous. My manky arm is full of venom and the infection has apparently set in. :?

I have anti biotics, anti inflamatories and universal anti venom...... On the orders that if it doesnt go down by friday morning i am to go straight to the anti poisoin urgences in bordeaux.
No sun, no shower gels, no touching or piercing the bubble..... and im to find the spider.... :? Not sure how on earth im going to do that!!!!

Im going to get some anti spider spray today though and libberally spray every suface of the bedrooms...... Im a bit worried now though as it happened on a night when i was between our bed and livs bed, so i could have gotten it in livs bedroom..... :? Good job Marcs parents are here today, they can help me play hunt the biting spider. )grin2(

yike* OMG - that sounds horrendous Sara. sile}

Find the spider? Is he having a laugh? I will now have visions of you for the rest of the day crawling round on your hands and knees going 'Here incy wincy......' {rofwl}

Poor you though. Must be a bit of a worry with Liv - could you bug bomb the house or something?

I have to take its photo yike* {rofwl}

Apparently so that if it did get worse i can show the anti poisoin centre what bit me and they can treat it easier. Once i have its photo i can kill it.

Marcs parents can play hunt the spider later, I phoned Marc and he said he wont go in the bedroom until its caught and killed. :shock:

I will bug bomb the house, and especcially the bedrooms.... Ive got chesnuts in the corners of the rooms but this spider obviously isnt bothered about them!

This is just typical of me and my life isnt it? {rofwl}
