thanks everyone, i had my follow up appointment yesterday for the sleep apnea, had my mask and machine for 3 weeks now , at my 1st visit i had 48 episodes every hour when i stopped breathing, thats about every 68 seconds +confused+ , at yesterdays visit it is down to 0-2 episodes every hour :-D still hate the mask but its taking the strain off my heart so that has to be good )t'
