Sorry you need another opp {cry}
Bet you'll get 5* treatment in a private hospital. When my mum was in having a valve replacement, I very nearly moved in there with her )t'

Hope it all goes well {hug&kiss}

Aww how awful.
Still if you have to have an opp and stay in a while. A private hospital may be a better choice.
Goos luck

Oh dear Madmum - I fully empathise as I had 2 forzen shoulders at one point and had a decompression op on one, and they also shaved the bone as it had pierced my upper arm muscle.

I had mine done in a private hospital too (on the nhs) and had the block, but had absolutely no pain whatsoever afterwards. They told me the secret was to keep the painkillers up as soon as (if not before) you even feel a twinge. No bravery!

Good luck. {hug}

When I had my new knee, I had a self-administered pain relief gadget when put a dose of morphine in my arm when I wanted it. The trouble was that when it ran out it made this beeping noise which no-one knew how to turn off!
They disconnected it from my arm and ended up sticking it in a cupboard because the noise was driving us all mad!
It was very effective for pain relief.
