You surely dont want one Steve? A jacket potato cooked from fresh only takes 10 mins in the microwave; you arent saving anything by getting them ready to heat!

Get them out of their bedrooms and away from the computer games and the telly.Out playing proper games , chasing balls , riding bikes and climbing trees etc, etc. That will burn off the calories , problem solved!

Couldnt agree more.

We cant blame school dinners as to me thats the parents choice, as is exercise, shouldnt rely on just school activities. Even most small towns or villiages have some kind of club etc. These clubs also help kids with respect and discipline, somthing which I think todays societies are seriously lacking with all these chavy teenagers and there horrid attitudes!

Oooo, I've lost a post as well !!??

Anyway, what I said in it was that we also have to bear in mind the single parent. Usually being the Mother, this does put a strain on fitting everything in.

But I agree, like our Chickens, their lifes are in our hands in many things and we have a responsibility to ensure their welfare and as best start to life as possible.
