With the risk of sounding like a slightly misogynic chap, I can’t see what the fuss is about with Asian bird flu; it’s not a patch on man flu. I had it a few weeks back and it’s just the worst.
get well soon although it'll probably take lots of TLC and sympathy as well a plenty feet massages and maybe a nice steak for tea.
IMO, I honestly think that the problem is that we do carry as normal until such time as it's debilitating. I think that blokes traditionally tend to ignore any ailment until such time as it has become so bad that it stops them in their tracks; you don’t want to be called a sissy after all. There is definitely something to be said about early medication rather than going to the pub as usual.
Ladies, when man flu-nited are playing at the stadium of blight then the world has ended. Nothing more to be said on the subject, it is the worst.
... mind you I have seen some very sea sick ladies and gentlemen before; they turn really pale green which I thought was a myth. There’s not a lot funnier than watching severely seasick folk IMO, except perhaps the early fast shows and perhaps the Royle family Christmas special. And as bonus they don’t normally go through for tea so there’s loads left for seconds..
hope that you make it ok through work, it'll be hard without the TLC that you are due.
