Wendy's soap

I wasn't able to find Wendy's blog about soap in bed, so I will post this here in hopes she may see it.

I was having the same problem -- the soap appeared to stop working and I was getting night cramps in my feet and legs again. I decided to try something. Using a metal pot scratcher, I went over the whole bar vigorously, exposiing new soap. I haven't had any cramps since. It may just be a fluke, but if it works.......

Wow..... I thought of perhaps using the soap for a few days to 'unsmooth' it, if you know what I mean
But I have started with a new bar.

Darn! It didn't work! My cramps were awful last night. You're right and I will open a new bar tonight.

Oh well It was worth a try.
Hopefully no more cramps with the new bar.

Wendy, how long did your bar last? Seems like mine only lasted about 2 weeks.

Mine lasted 5 months and longer before that one.
A couple of weeks isn't long at all to me. I wonder how long Richards soap lasts, or others for that matter.
Wouldn't it be interesting to find out if our soap, this side of the pond, is different from yours.
If so I will send you a soap parcel.
