Hi Ellie, thanks for asking. Not too bad. Gets very stiff if I sit down for too long and not sleeping very well as it aches at night. Doing the exercises but not liking them :? Got an app for physio assessment on Monday. I'm wishing my life away at the moment. Just hope its worth it in the end, at the moment I'm pessimistic so any improvement will be good :-D

Hi Bolly and Ellie. The new knee is settling slowly, though it and my ankles are still swollen :? Not used a stick for nearly a week now (made me feel so old). So all in all not too bad :-D My back aches more than the knees, spose that's because I'm walking differently and putting strain on other parts of my back.
Thanks for asking, much appreciated {hug}

Glad things are beginning to go the right way. I guess it'll take time for your whole body to adjust but am sure it'll be worth it in the end. Take care {hug}

Glad to hear things are easier, but as you said you knee has thrown other things out.

I would ask for physio ASAP as these things take time to arrange. Also you don't want to cause any new problems {hug}
