Exercise Bike (Saint Spoon)

Post by Richard »

I noticed you were asking about Ilona's Exercise Bike with a view of purchasing one yesterday SS

We have two at work, one all singing and dancing Marco with on board Computer etc. in the Gym and this one in the Dressing Room, maybe more the thing you're looking for?

It's the Instyle Aerobike V800

Middle of the road price, I think they retail around £550 - £600.

Note the elastic straps, some of the Players put that around certain parts of the leg for various reasons.

Anyway, thought I'd just pass this on to you.

Cheers for that Dickie, it looks like a nice bit of kit, I have various elastic bands that the physio gave me for various things, they do work… sort of. £600 is a bit steep for me I am afraid although I do know that it is a good machine. I have looked for a cross trainer but can’t see anything worthwhile for under what the bike costs, a friend has got a nice X-trainer but that was closer to a grand. It looks like I will be stuck with the gym for the time being, until it stops being free anyway…

You can see I put it to good use :-D :-D

I'll speak to Physio tomorrow to see if he's heard of any going from anywhere.

He he firing mud at the neighbors washing. The gym is a five minute cycle ride from my door and it's free but I am Jealous of that, especially the girder thing for laying on and lifting a metal bar with round things on it.

I hate those machiney type things!!! I was one of those idiots who went flying off the back of the running machine when I accidentally stopped concentrating while talking to my son on the one next to me. His had handles....mine didn't. Lol
