Race for Life 2012

Post by Benny&Co »

It'll be my 5th time of doing the Race for Life this year :-D

Are any other Laners participating as well? :-D

Though I'll certainly not be racing this year, not that I'm a runner/jogger anyway, but I'll be very gently walking my 5ks :-D

Well done, Bev. I have never seen anything more than the Great north Run up here which I Cant take part in anyway. Do they do it here? We went for a walk, but not for any other reason than to have some fresh air and exercise :?

Thanks everyone {hug}

Benny got a lot of attention with his nice pink feather boah, bless him. The local radio took his picture for their website too! :-D

Ruth the Race for Life has events all over the UK. I think you live in the North East, so just did a little search for you, here you go:

Food for thought maybe if not for this year, next year perhaps :-D

Well done Bev. I am trying to get my OH to do it this year. Wendy is 60 now but is pretty fit so should be able to jog the distance.
