Glad to hear it is still working for you - it is also interesting that you have successfully integrated it into everyday life. :-D

How is everyone else doing with it? Hope it's going well! :-D

I've been on Alternate Day Fasting (1/1) since 1st April this year. Weight is dropping off but i've got a long way to go. i've found that keeping hydrated on fast days is the key. I currently just drink lots of water and lemon juice on fast days. When I reach my target weight I'll probably fast just one day a week for weight maintenance.

That sounds hard. I think the 5:2 is a healthy compromise.

Yes, it sounds tough but i've found that it works for me. I drink lots of water (with lemon) on my fast days and if i'm tempted to eat, I just focus on what I will be having the next day. Temptation resisted )t'
My doctor is happy and I feel a lot better. My blood pressure is down and I have more energy so i'm able to go for longer walks as the weight falls off.
I've tried many many diets over the years but this is the one for me and i'm sticking to it. My plan is that once i've reached my target weight i'll assess whether changing to 5/2 or even 5/1 is best to maintain a healthy weight.
It's become more than just a diet for me, it's a lifestyle choice :-D

Totally agree. You have to find what works for your lifestyle.

Four years and still sticking with in. It has become part of our lives.

Wendy and I both feel fit and keep our weights very stable.
