Acute Rhinitis & CT scan.

Post by albertajune »

Last week I went to see an ENT consultant and was diagnosed with acute rhinitis. I saw my GP today following the consultation and have to have meds for 6mths. First nose drops then nasal spray and anti histamin tabs. I have been backwards and forwards to different GP's since last March and thank goodness the last one decided that it needed sorting once and for all. It has made me feel really unwell so will be glad when I am feeling normal from the neck up.
I am having my CT scan at 9am on Sunday morning, so hope all will be alright there. I haven't got an appointment for the colonoscopy yet.
What with all this going on, plus my funny heartbeat, gout in a toe, asthma and arthritis, my sister thinks that a vet would be the best place for me {rofwl} .
I am now a widow and live with my memories.

I have suffered from Rhinitis since my teens, It actually saved me from submarine service as I couldn’t pop my ears, it is not pleasant but the nasal spray I have works a treat. lots of hugs your way xxx

Poor June and MrSpoon too {cry} {hug}

I have hay fever too, but not half as bad as you guys.

Find that a daily dose of anti-histamine (certirizine) does the trick for me.
