Yoga and its embarrassing side affects!

Post by julieann »

My 15 year old daughter and I decided to take up yoga and went to our first session last week. My sister warned me that this type of exercise can cause people to let 'their wind go free' and to be prepared for hearing and experiencing this personally. Not me I thought and hoped that if others did there would be no offensive aromas :-D Oh how wrong could I be, I didn't hear anything from the other 6 people in the class HOWEVER much to my horror I had such a mishap :oops: :oops: :oops: My daughter and I continued with the class without too much of a giggle. When expressing my worries about repeating this my lovely daughter said don't worry mum if you do it again I will to so you're not the only on; that must be true love! We are going again tonight fingers crossed it wont happen again {rofwl}

All went well tonight although as you can imagine I sighed with relief at the end of the session :-D DD had her own embarrassing incident, she fell asleep flat on her back arms and legs spread wide,the teacher was lovely and said just leave her. When she woke the rest of the class were all in a sitting position and she was totally disorientated bless her, {rofwl} {rofwl}. I think I'd rather have fallen asleep than do what I did! Will have to let you know what happens next week :-D

Oh dear :oops: {rofwl} {rofwl}

Me and my mum could never go to yoga - if we or anyone else broke wind we'd be on the floor laughing, and every time we'd look at each other we'd burst out laughing again - can't take her anywhere {rofwl}
