More broccoli anyone?

Post by fabindia »

Seems broccoli is the new super food when it comes to slowing up the advance of arthritis. I am always slightly skeptical about these things but here is the link to the article on the BBC website.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-23847632

"The special broccoli, known as Beneforte, was developed from publicly funded research at the UK's Institute of Food Research and the John Innes Centre." I don't know whether you can buy these as seeds and grow your own.

I really don't care for broccoli. I am tempted to say I would rather get arthritis, but that would be belittling the suffering of all those who do have it. Does it have to be broccoli or will the other brassicas do?
