Fighting a tummy bug

Post by albertajune »

Been feeling a bit sorry for myself as suffering a tummy bug. Had 2 days of severe diarreah and now feel as though I've been used as a punch bag. At first I wondered about food poisoning but have met 3 other people with it. Just hope it doesn't last for too long. :?

Oh good Heavens, it can exhaust you.
Keep warm and drink plenty of water.
I hope you are feeling a bit better today.

Not feeling better yet as tummy so tender and still feel nausea. A friend has just bought me a box of ginger tea bags, ginger supposedly being good for nausea, so fingers crossed they help. Burping like made so not sounding very ladylike.

Mrs Fab (Wendy) came down with the dreaded 'Delhi Belly' last night and I had to call a doctor in to treat her.

She's much better today. Just resting up, taking her tablets and re-hydration fluid. One of the risks of being out here I am afraid.
