I must admit I drink nothing BUT coffee :-D

I've never had any problems or adverse side effects. If I wake in the night, which is quite rare, I will come down, have a coffee and a ciggy then go back to bed and drop off no bother so it doesn't even keep me awake.

BTW The reason a lot of painkillers contain caffeine is because it makes the painkiller itself more effective.

i am hooked on the tesco version (KICK) of red bull.

red bull - £1.20 for a 250ml can
Kick - £1.50 for 6 250ml cans

i have one about lunchtime and one about 7pm.

they contain 30mg/100ml of caffeine.
Some friends are like a slinky, boring till you push them down the stairs.
