The wintering well thread

Post by Richard »

As the thread appeared to go off topic and a member removed all their posts thus making it unreadable, I have moved it completely.

Thanks, Richard

Today was lovely here, as i have been plagued with neck problems for the past 6 weeks it was lovely to get out into the garden and sit there without freezing!Had a coffee and chatted with the hens for ages, they sprang out with glee as no snow left!

I felt so much better for it, spring is in the air )t' )c(

Nothing seems so bad when the sun is shining! ))sun

You had a day off last year Wendy.

I'm frightened stiff of giving myself the kiss of death as I haven't had a cold for over a year.
But I've enough other med probs to keep me busy and live up to my miserable old git image down at the Docs !!!

I have to admit though that the cold weather does catch up on you, mentally that is. You find it so hard to get going and just long for some heat.
But at the same time you don't want to wish your life away !

Stace, my little 'un has been the same - has had her "bad cough" since the first week of december. She's even copying other people when they cough now, then looks at them as if to say "my cough is soooooo much worse than yours" and follows it with "shhhooooo shhhhooooo" - pretending to sneeze lol
Waiting to welcome Sunny Clucker to Northern Ireland!

Went back to work today after 6 weeks! :?

Was hard going today, lots of traffic, and everyone was on a go slow, glad to be back though, it gives me far more energy being on the go and times does go quickly in my job!

And it was light at 6.50 so thats a bonus )t'
