Well its going well so far made some lovely things to eat chicken noodle soup (free range chicken) salmon with pesto crust tonight and I have weighed myself already I know its not the done thing but already lost some woo hoo !!!

Just got to stay focused.

I know its so hard though must increase will power xxxx

Have lost a total of 8 1/2 lb so far )t'
It was 10 1/2 but last week I ut on 2lb, damn burritos and guinness.... {warn}
