Anywhere in Wales. The 4 letters are the welsh equivalent of the English NESW.

T, G, L, S, O, L, P, and M are the abreviations for the historic Compass Rose, In the lingua franca Italian

Someone posted a picture on facebook with of a cycle path in Wales with a compass Rose on the path (quite a job to work out what the letters meant)
