My Hobby – Flower Arrangements etc

Post by mothernature »

I have several hobbies that I dabble in, I'm not an expert at any, but I like card making, scrapbooking, photography, making things out of FIMO etc. )t'

But I really enjoy making simple flower arrangements or centre pieces for the family Xmas table. I'm by no means an expert or professional but its quite therapeutic, and I find it rewarding.

I Thought id continue to try join in with the lovely community on this site and forums, and upload some pictures. ))sun

Halloween is a big deal in our house (I am pagan, I know, i know another tree hugger {rofwl} ) so I made this last year

Which I was really pleased with, it took less than five minutes to do! The hardest part was hollowing out the pumpkin, which of course you can use in baking.

And this was centre at our Yule dinner table

This isn’t so much an arrangement as a nice idea of Easter/Ostara which I gave to mom.

Might see what's in the garden tomorrow and take a picture, then you would know why I need lessons. Your pieces are lovely.

I love the idea of the flowers in the pumpkin, that is really clever. Samhuain is a big deal in our house also, even more so this year as we are going to a pagan wedding in a scottish castle. )c(
