It does have gas, electric and water.
I have to make sure I don't drink too much, it can get dangerous!

Just a little trivia.

The word HONEYMOON comes from brewing.

In times gone by, the Philistines’ father of the bride had to give his new son-in-law enough honey to make mead that would last from one full moon to another.

Interesing.

Lots of sayings come from brewing (or people claim)

Rule of thumb is one.
Brewers used to use there thumb to gauge temperature of the beer.

I always thought the rule of thumb came from the days when people were given the birch. As there is an old 16 century law which states that the birch branch can be no thinker than a man’s thumb.

In the early seventies a thunder storm caused several of my dad’s home brewed ale bottles to shatter, the drop in pressure must have been too much. They were the ones that the stopper screwed down into the top. I’ve got the survivors out on a cupboard in the garage, I’ve got their demijohns in the loft. I’ll have to give it a go sometime soon.
