Dolls house furniture

Post by AL37 »

Daves rattle thread reminded me about some of the furniture I made for my daughters dolls house.
I used off cuts of skirting board from an entirely different job. :-D
The taps and shower head are galvanised nails and the shower cubical is covered with sticky back plastic.
Total cost was nothing but a bit of time. )t'

Simply Fantastic Al! It is so fulfilling to make stuff for your children and see their eyes light up.

Al, they are excellent, look like material as well !

Better get Steve the Gas to check out the authenticity of the bathware.

No seriously, magic.

Wish I had known about your handy work last year, as we bought our Grandaughter a dolls house and the furniture prices were unreal.

They are brilliant.

That is fantastic!

Any little treasure would be proud to furnish her house with such perfect items. it looks so much nicer than some of the rubbish you see for £££'s in the shops.

I wouldn't have said I was an expert Sara.
Kathryn asked just after christmas if I could make kitchens, I didn't realise she was talking about a miniture one for her dolls house. )grin2(
So, my small tools will be coming out soon is there anything in particular you are looking for?
