Re: PhotographyThank you sooo much.
I know they aren't much, but they're such great fun to take. :) Re: PhotographyEcxellent photo's Jodie, very imaginative angles, you've got a very artistic eye. Difficult to pick out a favourite, I like The gate, View from the boat, and Feet First.

Re: PhotographyI do enjoy taking photgraphs but am not at the moment very agile (awaiting a hip replacement), so just take pics around my home and surroundings.
I don't have a posh camera, just a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ18 and a little Olympus mju which I keep in my bag. I took the following photo of the primroses yesterday in my garden. June I am now a widow and live with my memories.

Re: PhotographyI love taking photos, they dont always come out as I think they should, but the digital age is wonderful cos you can just delete them when they dont work.
I have two cameras, a Canon D400 slr and three lenses, but I find it all too heavy to lug around so I bought a Canon G11 which has slr properties but is easy to keep in my back pack, and I bought a 'zoom' lens which is excellent. https://picasaweb.google.com/1182518869 ... mckuqLrwE# Mum to Sox and Boo,and hens, Bramble,

Re: PhotographyJust to keep this thread going, I thought I would put up a photo that I took last year. I didn't have a camera with me when I spotted these 2 roses in my sisters garden. They were photographed by simply placing them on dark card in front of a window. Signature. done on photoshop.

Re: PhotographyGreat idea to post a few pics on here, I love to see other peoples snaps :)
Heres a couple I liked from a walk out over the weekend ... just taken with a very simple point n press kind of camera. (makes me sneeze, but kind of pretty!! (dont know why, but I took a shine to this tiny little cross in an old church yard)
Re: PhotographyThis was taken with an Olympus X820, my little pocket camera and on the portrait setting. The chives are know fully open so I took this chive flower for it's lovely colour
