This kept me busy over Christmas

Post by wendy »

My friend is the National [I think] co ordinator for Rottweiler Welfare, getting all the calls from those who no longer want their dogs. There are many I am afraid and can be upsetting for her. Anyway, I have done these for her to sell on their stall/s they have over the year. She finishes them off, like making up the pin cushions and the rabbit book mark etc.
I do them when I get a few weeks of doing nothing.
I now have a big one for myself to do.

Aww SS had I known I would have given it to you. Unfortunately I gave her the pattern etc. yesterday so she can make it up.

Thanks for all your lovely comments. I cannot sit still..... and I complain that OH doesn't warm a chair {rofwl} . Kettle and pot comes to mind.
So I have to do something.

Oh Wendy you are like my sister Judi , when she comes up to see Mum she gets told by Mum to leave her knitting and cross stitch at home and to just come up here for a ' rest and relaxation' . I look across at Judi and see her slowly going out of her mind for want of something to do - thats when we usually have to go out for a coffee and bun !
It will be alright in the end , if its not alright, it isn't the end .
