My Quilts.

Post by Hester »

Hi Everyone. I thought I would post some pics of quilts that I've made for my two grandson, as each of the boys were born. Now I have a granddaughter on the way around Christmas time so I have another one to make. I hope you like them.
This is the first quilt I ever made, it was for Harrison who's now 6.

This one was for Samuel who's now 2

And this is Harrisons second quilt that I made for his 4th birthday

I'm a Mum to 4 grown up 'kids!' and a Nana to two beautiful boys, with a granddaughter on the way come Christmas. I have 4 cats, Lucy, Sophie, Cairo and Tom. And my 3 chickens, Henrietta, Hyacinth and Jemima.

Your quilts area absolutely beautiful. I do admire you for having the patience for this particular craft. Let's hope that they stay in the family for a lot of years.

Hi everyone. Thank you. I'm just a beginner really but I enjoy doing them. The double bed quilt that I've been making for the last 5 years is far to advanced really and it's proving to be a big challenge. In future I will stick to cot and small bed quilts.
