Summer crochet project
Summer crochet projectI've been crocheting a double bedspread throughout the summer and it's finally finished. All the ends sewn in today and I couldn't wait to take some photos. They're not the best - I like to photo things outside but it's too swamplike at the moment.
Its basically a couple of different patterns of flower squares in the middle section with a border around and then another border of flowers in a different pattern with another border and edging around that. Originally it was just going to be flowers on white but I cant resist using loads of colour. It's mainly done in bamboo yarn with a bit of cotton thrown in too depending on what I had in my stash. Hope you like it ... its kept me busy all summer! Well Mad Molly approves Julie

It really was worth the effort A beautiful blanket and beautiful Molly. I am now a widow and live with my memories.
