Wow that is beautiful.
I love cows and don't know how many ornaments I have of them. Also cross stitch and painting.

Thankyou, it isn't a painting though its coloured pencil which is time consuming, but I do love pencils, I get so happy with a new pencil you wouldn't believe it, I'm sure it stems back to childhood when a coloured pencil was very coveted, I had a hard life ! {rofwl}

Angela, my Mum used to prefer to use crayon too, found she could get much better look to the texture of a creatures coat or birds feather.
I love your picture too, was it commissioned or just a fancy of yours ?
I have a picture of 2 highland cows , one is scratching its chin on the others wither area, its such a natural looking pic, even more so as they aren't that red colour, people associate with Highlands but dun coloured.
You should get together with the lady that did my pic and paint a whole herd {rofwl}
