Wow, looking very impressive.

We should have a wreath making competition. I've been cutting up old tops to make a wreath, I've got some of those copper metal bases, but I think I like the idea of the foam base, your wreath looks lovely and full. )t'

Glad I didn't put this on the door straight away, it would be halfway across Shropshire by now!

The winds are still far too strong here to put it out so it is on the inner front door so can still be seen from outside. Glad yours is still safe Helen!

Jem can I ask a question. Your edges look very tidy, did you use pinking shears to cut the fabric. When I made my fabric wreaths I used ordinary scissors and although I was happy with them found the material looked a bit thread.

I did use pinking shears Mrs Boodles in the hope that it would stop any fraying - seems to have done the trick )t'

Jemerelli, your wreath is beautiful. I love the dark shades.

Thanks Jem, I have got pinking shears, they are my mums, rather ancient and blunt and chew material rather than cut it. Think I will treat myself to a new pair before I make another one.

Apparently you can sharpen pinking shears by cutting foil with them. Not sure if it works or how well, but worth a try
