Thanks everyone. I'm just pleased at finding a way of showing pictures again. The knitted ones were made to use up odd bits of wool before getting back to finishing a couple of watercolours. However found another bag of wool oddments on my doorstep yesterday so it's carry on knitting. )t'

The wool fairy.
Have you any idea who left them?

Jim's grandmother made soft toys which she sold at her front door, which was a few houses away from Beverley Minster. She was raising funds for their choir (as she thought their robes were shabby). Did it for years and had letters from all over the world from tourists who had bought toys. She was given all sorts of fabrics, new bits and stuff to recycle. We filled the small bedroom with binbags after she died, as well as taking home a lot.
She had always laughed at the thought of someone having to sort it all out after her.
The toys were marvellous when our children were young. They became 'unique' as her eyesight failed {rofwl}

Found out this morning that it was cancer and all removed. Do have some discomfort which might need antibiotics, or could be hernia. For some reason having a CT chest scan tomorrow Absolutely the worse time to need medical treatment. Bet you wish you hadn't asked {rofwl} Hope you are OK. {hug}
