Good egg awards

Post by wendy »

Got a mail today from Compassion in world farming and this is the good egg awards.

Good eggs, real impact
Our latest batch of ‘Good Eggs’ include Battersea Dogs and Cats Home, The Metropolitan Police, Sodexo Prestige, The NUS Services and The Met Office, a member of Compass Group.

In the barren battery cage system, laying hens are unable to fully stretch their wings. Standing wingtip to wingtip, the projected 25 million cage-free hens that are set to benefit from the policies of our Good Egg Award winners would stretch half way around the world.

Battersea are always interested in our rescue's, so I hope that had some impact.
