It is only someone's opinion on their blog but it'll be worrying if there is anything in it. I don't think that this governemtn will be as sneaky as the last one in pushing unpopular stuff through, there is after all two parties in the coelition and one grasses the other up when they don't agree with something.

I signed up just in case.

But I can't find anything independent of this to verify the story.

Fingers crossed they government aren't being even more sneaky and dishonest about it now!

well it would appear that the sell-off is off, after much umming and ahhing the consultation recommended that our woodlands remain u-privatised. It would also appear that there have been some positive things that have come out of this and certain areas will perhaps gain special protected area status.
