I received an email today from an old internet pal of mine,, Tracey Smith.

Tracey is a very motivated Broadcaster and Journalist specializing in the downshifting experience and fronts the National Downshifting Week annually.

Beside catching up on some news, she informed me of her recently published book which looks interesting.

At the price, it looks a snip, an ideal gift ? After you've read it and taken down notes of course (hope she doesn't read that bit!!).
