Euro elections & animal welfare laws

I seem to be signing a lot of campaigns lately! Once you start on one thing it just
keep leading to other things, and here's another thing! this could be relevant to
lots of animal welfare issues as it seems the EU laws can override some of our
UK laws. I thought I should pass it on.
