Hi Anna,
I have been into the CIWF and I couldn't find the send an e card this time, could you give us it.
I had the churned out reply from Tesco, as I expect we all had. So I have replied to the reply. Interesing to see what they say, as I said the mail was a lot of rambling.

I used the address that CIWF gave for a*** and it was returned again. I have re-contacted CIWF and told them what happened.

I copied and pasted the article from CIWF about the methods used and sent that.

I too got the stupid reply from t**** that they have to cater for the low earners what a load of t**s. The only ones they are interested in is their coffers.
If S******ry and M*****ons can do it so can they. I'm glad I only use the M*****ons one and sometimes the S******ry.

Not quite - but I know what you mean. Awareness continues to grow - even our local shopkeeper didn't know about Battery Hens/Eggs - hoping to get a visit arranged to see our 4 ex-batts and show more images - small steps but in the right direction.

Most people it is ignorance not cheapness. Who in their right mind would eat an egg from such depleted birds.
I wonder if we could ask the supermarkets if we can collect money on behalf of BHWT outside their store and show pictures of our girls. It is a registered charity, and the other day they had people collecting for hearing dogs for the deaf outside Tesco (c)

...why not. But then they don't sell hearing dogs do they.

Did you read about hilary benn? - nice little 'jolly' in Bali (for climate change??) Hotel costs Â£350 a night. Never mind the tax payers will pick it up.
