Mrs Beeston RIP

 Hi, just wanted to share my sorrow today, Mrs Beeston died peacefully in the sunshine today.

She was one of the girlies from last years rescue. She was always was a very easy going lady and settled in very quickly with the others.

Her feathers were always in place and she took pride in her appearance. Porridge was her absolute favorite, but she would always share with her friends.

Over the last few days I had noticed she was a bit quiet and was laying down outside the house during the day with her wings outstretched.

I guess her hard days in the hell hole had finally caught up on her.

God bless Mrs Beeston and thank you for all the pleasure you gave xx

Oh Dear Jo.
So sorry to hear this, but she has has nearly a year is it? with you and the pure joy of freedom. Be thankful you gave her that.
Did she come from the August rescue ? my Doris, who came from that rescue, only had three months so be comforted by her having alittle more time.
