My new chicken girls are here!

This is our second batch of ex-batts, the ones we got last November were nowhere near the awful condition of these four.

We lost two a few weeks back, one in my arms the other within 5 minutes of realising she wasn't well, but they had 8 months of fun and were healthy and happy. The two we still have are georgeous too.

A couple of the new batch finally stopped running from me today, after countless hours talking and reassuring them, and let me cuddle and stroke them...so we are winning.
