Hen needing home

Post by wendy »

Just have had this and thought it worth cross posting.

"Hi Wendy

Help! Found your group on the web…we have a lovely hen, Willow, who needs a new home ASAP. We are relocating to America and the person who was going to take her cannot do so. Timing is of the essence as our landlord is making us move her tomorrow!

Any help you can provide. We’re in southwest London, happy to drive and drop her off. We have about 6 months of feed that we can provide as well."

Let me know if you can help and I will pass on her phone number.

Wendy, we are near you in Bushey - can certainly fit the hen in, our flock are good at integrating due to our fab little cockeral who keeps everyone in order.

Willow is safely settled in the adjacent run and happily exploring. Percy (our cockeral) has been over to say hello though Willow said she was busy!
