Maybe there isn't much education in schools about the horrors of battery's? If kids nagged their parents this would help! Mind in these times of watching the pennies sometimes poeple have to do what they can for their families.

I'm not trying to excuse them, but a lot of people just aren't that bothered I guess. I cannot remember the last time I bought eggs that weren't labeled free range, but every time I eat a biscuit or a ready made cake I wonder what eggs are in it and I'm guessing not f/r

Oh dear. Looks like you have a mission on your hands. Just keep batting away and slowly change one persons buying habits and they will change another ones. So you vote with your purses.
