Hens needing forever home, Rugby area!

Hello, we have four hens, two beautiful white Sussex who are about 3 years old, a sweet little black speckeldy and a - a brown one... not sure what she is 
- which I hatched at home. Those two are about a year and a half old now (approx) they all lay an egg nearly every day.
Unfortunately, due to under occupancy now my daughter has left home we must move out of our house to a place with a smaller garden, and we cannot take them with us. They have always been used to roaming freely about the garden so I am looking for a free- range adoptive home for them, where they can fully live out their lives happily.
I live in a little village called Grandborough which is in Rugby, Warwickshire. CV23 8DW.
If you can give a nice home to my hens I would be very grateful, I am not asking for any money, only that they go to a safe free range home. I'm afraid I have no transport so they would need to be picked up.
