Hi, I've got 2 Barnevelder hens needing a new home. They are approx 1.5 years old and get on very well - they have been together since they were hatched. One is laying at the moment - the other is having a rest during the winter days! Let me know if anyone is able to offer a home - they are lovely hens.

Hi if you get stuck let me know. When do you need to get them rehomed as going away on 7th for a week and would prefer if needed to have them after I come back -weekend 13/4 -02.16.
If you can find homes it would be better , but push comes to shove ,there will be room in the inn.

How many have you got now, Bob. You always seem to make room. (Like Aceface)

Hi Bob, Thanks for the kind offer. We don't need them rehomed immediately, so I will PM you.

Replied . 44 lost blue recently . Not a problem let me know when I get back .
49 is the max as DEFRA has to be told ... Still could but they then do checks etc when bird flu is around .
