Will be watching with huge interest. OH re-built the interior of our show van, as it was full of de-laminating plywood, spiders, and dexion shelving.

There are many vintage caravans in the classic caravan clubs, Eccles and Winchesters of the 1930's era had wonderful little hidey holes for small objects.

Excellent programme.

You could say there was not enough about the build, materials and engineering, but the story behind it was such an emotional one and those plans drawn up under such terrible conditions - something else.

Not a dry eye in the house.....................and Caravan !!

We were disappointed that the construction part was sparse. I always find GC over the top particularly with emotion. It did not appear that any insulation was used, and friends of ours who own 1930's single skin vans always say how cold they are.

Our friend whose bowtop wagons OH builds could not believe the price of the materials used in the construction.
